In most instances you are able to manage everything to do with your policy simply by visiting the ‘My Insurantz' area of our web site. Click the link at the top right of the page, login and manage all your affairs on line.

If at any time you need further information or want to clarify a certain point, click on the ‘Need help?' link (top right of the web site) to access our FAQs which in most cases will answer any questions you may have. Alternatively if you wish, use the link below to email us your question and we'll respond within 1 working day. But we're not a faceless machine, so you can call us Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm to get technical support from a real person.
